I am back from a short vacation in Tuscany! We had a wonderful time and I try to stay in holiday mood with some more Italian themed post. This lovely rustic house is located on the Italian island of Panarea. Panarea (exclusive and very expensive) is the smallest and most fashionable of the Aeolians, attracting the international jet-setters and Milanese fashionistas for a taste of dolce far niente (sweet nothing). There are currently about 280 residents living on the island year-round; however the population increases dramatically in summer with the influx of tourists. I am loving the beautiful blue tiles in this lovely home!
