One of my favorite bags I own is the Sleazy Jane from Dutch fashion brand O My Bag. Not only do I like the bag as it is stylish as well as functional, but I also like the philosophy and values of the brand. O My Bag supports the concept of ‘Trade, Not Aid’, which means part or all of a company’s supply chain involves trade in a country with a struggling economy. At the end of this month O My Bag will be presenting a range of new products during the Dutch fashion fair “Modefabriek” in Amsterdam. They will be present at MINT, a unique tradeshow event (part of the Modefabriek) which aims to inspire towards a fashion scene that is both happening and harmless. MINT offers forward fashion: amazing style, made with respect for people and our environment.
