This crumbling Victorian Dairy in the UK had a collapsing roof, damp and no natural daylight before it was restored by Imperfect Interiors. The previously dark, dank spaces were converted into a light-filled family home but retained their industrial atmosphere and unique character, whilst the extensive use of steel windows and doors maximised the views of the two vertical courtyard gardens. A limited palette of materials including unlacquered brass, plaster and concrete put an elegant twist on the previously industrial aesthetic.

This house was on Grand Designs. The courtyard is beautiful.
Wow, blown away by the combination of design styles in this home. Love the interplay between Victorian and modern design!
