Interior Stylist Cille Grut loves color, but it is the gray tone she love the most. Her home in Copenhagen (Denmark), which is a former cottage built in 1875, is decorated in various shades of gray. The combination of light and dark tones really works well. And although grey is a cool tone, the result is not cold or boring at all.

  • What a beautiful project!
Can you give the source for the kitchen tiles and for the wood and finish on the floors for the rest of the space?

  • This house is giving an amazing vintage sort of look and speaks a lot in itself of the people living in it. Such fine taste in home decoration and the interior elements here chosen are amazing. Brilliant inspiration.

  • Hello! I’m also a blogger. I blog about art/lifestyle and diy mostly. I was searching for beautiful style blogs that I enjoy so that I can expand my community. <3

I'm looking to build my community and look for any advice you could offer as well! I know many use blogger and community-driven websites but I have a domain.. I've also heard of bloggers promoting content through blog listings like bloglovin', as well as sites where you can earn promotional opportunities for content like Advowire or Klout (I did join one recently: Do you use any of these sites to promote content or collaborate with other bloggers? Do you know of other sites/resources you'd like to recommend?

Thank you so much for reading! Hope to hear from you. xox

  • What a beautiful danish home. I am a fan of plain colors and that includes gray and white. Maybe for others it’s just a simple interior design and color, but for me, it looks really glamorous for a home like this. Thanks for sharing this one because you are giving us an idea on what to do in our own home.
