Lutes Suites in The Netherlands is the brainchild of renowned Dutch Designer Marcel Wanders and local chef Peter Lute. The seven 18th-century small houses are located on the outskirts of Amsterdam, in the village of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. Wanders has given the suites distinct personalities.

Each suite is individually decorated, some with a signature Wanders ‘knotted chair’, others with Wanders’ plastic webbed Gwapa chairs, oversize lamps, a colorful side table and prototypes created especially for Lute.

The bathrooms are showcasing Wanders’ work with Italian manufacturers Bisazza and Boffi. Lute Suites is certainly true to the philosophy of Wanders’ design studio: “Here to create an environment of love, live with passion, and make our most exciting dreams come true.”
